SCHEDULING: If you are looking to hire someone for your real estate photography, you can reach out and contact me. We can arrange a time that would work for both of us for me to come out and shoot your property. I am available during the evenings and weekends (both Saturday and Sunday).
 

PHOTO SESSION: Shooting your property will usually take between one to two hours (depending upon the size of the place). The homeowner, agent, or someone authorized by the homeowner should be present at the shoot.

Since time is limited during the shoot, please make the property is "photo-ready" at the time of the scheduled session. I will not be able to provide staging services during the limited time I have to shoot you place. A Photo Shoot Checklist is came be found on my site to assist you with getting your property photo ready.

My goal is to provide you with as many high quality photos of the property as possible (this includes exterior and all major interior rooms). I generally will not shoot small bathrooms, utility rooms, closets, or garages unless given specific instructions to do so.

 

​PRICE LISTINGS: Price of service is determined by the nmber of final photographs deleviered to the customer. For more information about my specific pricing, please contact me.
 

I am also available for Twilight photography of the exterior of your place. For this, you will get a handful of exterior shots of your property. . Please make sure exterior lights around the house are all working and on at the time of the shoot.

TRAVEL FEE: Please note, there is an additional fee of $20 for any travel beyond 20 miles from Santa Monica. I am available to shoot in Los Angeles, Ventura, and Orange Counties but the additional travel fee may apply.

 

PAYMENT: Please have payment ready at the time of the shoot. Payment can be received in the way of cash or check.
 

PHOTO DELIVERY: Finals photos will be delivered to you via Dropbox within 48 hours of the shoot. You will receive two versions of each final image; one MLS-optimized photo and one print quality version (both in JPEG format). For DropBox delievery, please me sure you provide your email address for me to send the Dropbox link.

If you need assistance with the Dropbox method of delivery, please let me know.
 

CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so no later than 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no shows for an appointment will be charged $75. 

In the event of poor weather conditions, I can arrange another time to photograph your property at no penalty to the homeowner/agent.
 

PHOTO RIGHTS AND USAGE: All photos produced for the client may be used by the homeowner/agent for all marketing associated with the sale of the property. I will retain the copyright for all photos. Any use of the photos by any third party is prohibited without written approval from myself.
