Here are a few simple steps you can take to make sure your property will look its absolute best at the time of the shoot.
 

All Areas

    - De-clutter as much as possible. Make sure that table tops are clear of unnecessary objects (photos, magazines, newspapers, remotes, etc)

    - Hide all power cords and loose cables
    - Clean all windows both inside and out. Remove any objects in front of windows.
    - Make sure all interior lights are working properly
    - Arrange all objects in shelves neatly
    - Hide all pet related objects (food bowls, litter boxes, toys, etc)
 

Kitchen

    - Clear off counter tops and islands

    - Remove items from the front of the refrigerator

    - Make sure to put away all dishes and empty the sinks

    - Move garbage cans out of sight
 

Bedrooms
    - Make sure all beds are properly made and room it tidy
    - Clothes should be hung or folded and put away in closets
 

Bathrooms

    - Clear off counter tops and store away any bath items (toothbrushes, hair brushes, soaps, etc)

    - Clean mirrors to remove any water spots

    - Remove shampoo bottles and soaps from showers

    - Shower curtains should be hanging properly or shower doors cleaned

    - Toilet lids should be down

 

Outside

    - Clear all driveways, sidewalks, and patios (including moving outside trash cans to not be visible)

    - Make sure lawns and garden areas have been properly prepared

    - Remove all vehicles from the driveway

    - For sale, open house, or any other signs should be out of sight
